Homemade Bourbon-Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extract...














What you will need:
3-8.5 oz. Glass Bottles with Caps
750 mL Smirnoff 100 Proof Vodka
12 Bourbon-Madagascar Vanilla Beans/Split

Method:
Place 4 Vanilla Beans in each bottle. Using a funnel fill each bottle with Vodka and cap. Shake each bottle once a week to agitate the beans. Store the extract in a cool dark place for at least 6 months before use.
